Crowned after the Great War between humans and Goblins, Arabella Lovelle has abruptly become the new princess of Asroph. Alongside her brother--the king--she never anticipated being a ruler one day, and frankly, being royalty is not all it's cracked up to be. Especially when you have to mend a broken realm once led by an evil Goblin king of ten years. Three years have passed, and right when the storm had seemed to settle, another has already been brewing. 

Deep in the lush forest bordering the city of Asroph, there's magical energy teeming with fury, awakened by the unbalance of nature. A powerful charm has been stolen. On the Great War's anniversary, a Goblin in a cloak crashes a ball thrown in celebration. He swears to Asroph that his kind will rise again and wage another Great War for the throne, and they have six days to seize the kingdom. To ensure his supremacy, he curses the king with the charm stolen from the forest, forcing him into a nightmare-induced sleep for the rest of his days.

Arabella must find the only other charm powerful enough to wake her brother and defeat the wicked Goblin before the six days are up. With little time on her side, she must journey to the dreaded Davelher Cliffs after bumping into a talking raccoon, a handsome fencer, and many creatures of the magic forest between herself and her destiny. Little does the young princess realize, she may be doing more harm than good. Can she save her kingdom?
