In a post-apocalyptic world, a man happens across a girl hiding in a derelict building. He pledges to take her home to Haven, a settlement that is ever growing. But he'll soon discover that Haven is a viper's nest, as he and others struggle to survive in a world without much hope.
Please note that this is very much a work in progress. It's being written as I upload parts and right now, only the first part of 'episode 1' is available. I hope to upload a part at least once a week. Each episode, even though I likely won't upload entire episodes in one go, are similar to an episode on TV where each contains their own narrative thread while also pushing the overall story forward. They're also of varying lengths.
Also, feedback is very much welcome. It's one of the primary reasons I'm sharing the story here, with the other reason being to find readers who enjoy my writing in the hopes that they may purchase some of my writing. That said, I'm hesitant to majorly change the 'content' of what I've already uploaded for fear of people reading a later part and wondering why there are inconsistencies. So, I'd likely take the feedback on board for future parts, unless the feedback pertains to technical errors. I'm very much willing to listen to reader feedback for future parts, though I do have a story I want to tell.
Also, I've rated the story as PG-13. I'm unsure as to whether it should be rated as PG-13 or R, so I included PG-13/R in the title for that reason. Apologies if you think it's more suitable for an R rating. I realise it does deal with some heavy themes. If enough people mention I should change the rating, then I have absolutely no issue doing that.

I see you're awake finally. Let me explain, I'm the overseer, and my name is Hayley, I will guide you on your journey through this time era. Your name is Lexi, you needn't know you second name as it is useless now. That girl you are staring at is you, and you don't know anything because I made sure of that." The 'things' are as you would call it zombies but of greater skill. They disguise themselves as humans yet they will not hesitate to kill you and eat you. If someone is a 'thing', automatically presume them dead, or at least soon to be dead. It will always take about 2 weeks to become fully changed, hopefully you can chop of that body part in time for the infection to stop. If you can't, put an end to your soon to be painful and horrible turn/death. These beings as I announced only a moment ago, look exactly like a human, two way to tell if they are one or not, their attitude and their eyes. They don't have emotions, only hunger and let me tell you, they will go out of their way to eat you, they will speak but it will sound different... Deformed almost. The eyes are usually the first to become infected, they become slightly red at first, as time progresses so does the intensity of the color red in the eye. The color in their eyes they once possessed, will seem dull, it will seem as if they are unfocused or unfamiliar with their surroundings. That is all I can tell you for the moment Lexi, but know their are people waiting for your arrival, and we are waiting for you to end this suffering race." Also I would like to say this real quick, but this is sort of like a enemies to lovers type of fanfic but it's a more quick rolling book in the beginning. This is my First work here on Wattpad, so I want you guys to give me feedback if you can about my work. I'm going to write a series of stories about my O.C going through different Universes and Realities from Gaming and a little bit of Anime as well. As he struggles though each one, he begins to have an understanding about himself as he gets stronger. *I will be going through the stories as both an omniscient and omnipresent narrator, and through the eyes of my O.C. The difference is that through the Narrator, I can drop hints and foreshadow what is coming next, whereas through my O.C, I can only talk and think with what I already know. The Raven Haired Stranger. (Levi x Reader) *Lemon*
This is the first time I've written a story like this, however I feel that I should explain some plot points since I did try to stick as close to the anime canon as possible but there are a few things I'd like to clear up first. This story starts at the fall of Wall Maria from your perspective as a young girl who lived in the Shiganshina district, I'll leave the age unspecified if I can but at the end she will definitely be over 18 years old. Then I will go into a time skip after developing the relationship between the reader and Levi as he helps the reader through their depression, I just wanted to get some background into the story first since it's important to how the reader ends up meeting Levi. Another thing I wanted to point out is that I know that the scouts didn't live in the abandoned castle until after they got Eren in the Survey Corps however I set the story there the majority of the time since I have no clue where they lived before and this is my story so I'll do what I want XD. I'm going to write for a female reader since it should be easier for me to write for this story that way, but I plan on doing more gender neutral stories in the future if this goes over well. This will only be rated 18+ near the end (Like literally only in the last chapter) as I mostly want to focus on the relationship the reader forms with Levi and I don't want my first story to be pure smut. Our main character, Romero Porcupine, decided that a change of scenery would be a nice decision for himself, after he had experienced a traumatizing event in his life. So, he decided to go and live in a nice, quiet town. It is said to be amazing. The townsfolk are supposedly nice. The scenery is amazing. There does seem to be a little bit of noise at night, but that is normal. Right? I mean, who would not love to live next to the woods in a town that has a "Wolf Problem," whatever that means, AM I RIGHT??? No but seriously, he is a bit concerned for his well-being, and along with trying to keep his past and his job a secret from the town, he is trying to figure out how to process some new... information... he gets about the world he lives in. Dead Ahead: Soldier
This is actually my first time making a story. Every criticism helps. The story later on will start to make less sense as it goes on, but hey! My story, my lore. Hi! As a newbie in writing, this is one of my first works. I'm never good in this field of art but this is my one and only outlet given the harsh circumstances. This was actually written from mid-June until early-July, 2015, and this was already long-gone completed before I enrolled in my 4th yr. CE courses. The narrative/essay is all about the sparkly encounters between two, light-year distant strangers. By the way, shout-out to that real/imaginary girl. I know this is insane, and I don't know if I'm wasting my time doing all of this, but all I want is just to express my utmost gratitude for such a memory she had incorporated within me. I also sincerely apologize for being such a creep. But she is the soul of this work. She's one in a million. I wish she would notice this, though that is very largely far from happening. I don't mind if she's already having someone, but I just really wanna thank her for all of this. It's more than a year that I had not seen her, but I don't know what is with this damn loyalty to her.
