Storm of Fire

On a continent dominated by powerful beings called Elementals, who wield the strength of the four Elements - Wind, Water, Earth, and Fire - Prince Kallai has served as an influential player in the games of war and leverage. As the younger brother to the king of Fire, he is next in line to inherit the throne.
Until Queen Adara, the wife of King Taro, gives birth to Aedus Valadysian. The child of the rulers of Fire replaces Kallai as next heir to wield Sword of Fire, the formidable Weapon forged by the Dragon Herself that chooses the ruler of an Element.
Kallai, distraught and vengeful, decides that he alone deserves to rule. He enters a deadly scheme in his quest to strip Aedus of his power and be next in line as King of Fire. But as he learns more about the new prince, Kallai must consider where his allegiance should lie.
