Heartstrung is a decade's worth collection of poems and vignettes that Trisha Sales wrote all the way from 2003 until the present.
Sometimes sweet, whimsical, and playful; some other times dark and full of spite. These words were all written from and of the heart, full of emotion with variations in imagery.
This volume comes with some selected illustrations from the author.
Trisha Sales is a dreamer from the Philippines. Her works express raw emotion and oftentimes tug at people's heartstrings to evoke sympathy. Heartstrung is her first book.

"Where flickers of thought about letting go flashed in her mind" Why is it easy to be in love and then in a second, you're not anymore? Why is it so easy to say the words I love you and then in a blink of an eye you can't say it anymore? Why is it so easy to promise forever and then at the same time break it? It was a love like many others, fights, and reconciliations, as well as tears and smiles that reflect every other relationship. It was the same thing yet it was something that stuck in her mind for she tells her own story through writing it on herself. Vansh Raisinghaniya never forgives and forgets betrayals, when he finds out his own wife was a spy sent by his enemy for his destruction, his life only felt meaningless realizing her betrayal. He plans a big game and gets her out of his life not before making her life a mess, he wanted to break her just like she broke him and he knew he was successful when he looked at her eyes on the day he announced another random lady as his wife in front of her.. He knew she was broken in pieces just like him but the game didn't stop there as he expected, there was more to the story. His wife had disappeared but his life kept getting complicated with series of secrets getting unveiled.. Story starts from the serial track when Vansh announces Ahana as his wife.
