Cindy, a seventeen year old average girl has always been interested in the Carson's next door, who moved in about two years ago. She's never seen them outside of their house expect that one time two years ago. When Cindy one day drops her hot chocolate on the floor she hears a voice down below. It's one of the Carson's (the one staring her down that one moment two years ago) calling for her. She jumps down and meets him and instantly starts falling for him, and he starts falling for her.
