Hailey had finally had enough.
Person after person she trusted, let them in, and gave them her heart, soul and mind. Time after time they had all let her down. After him, her heart had finally given up; lost the battle she had been praying for years to end in happiness. She knew the bitter evils of this world, she knew better than to go through it all again.
She had finally had enough of this.
