This short story is the tale of a young kid, Joe Garrison, age 13, getting kidnapped. It has the element of horror as well as the deep thoughts and emotions of every character. It shows the dark relationship of the kidnapper to the Joe as well as the relationship between Joe and the other children. The story starts in a suburb area in the city of Buffalo Ranch and features how unsafe a place can really be.
