A young man starts a diary, revealing an unknown need for emotional expression, on a very particular day in the life of Tasmania, the Island State of Australia.
He has his own reasons for starting the diary, and on that day, which have nothing to do with the Event that is unfolding around him in the world at large.
His diary is a very intimate chronicle of what happened at that place and time and will eventually become one of the only historical documents to survive that Event.
