After Russia declared war on most of the world, many went to panic. Their first thoughts where "Are they going to use the bomb?" "The bomb" was a highly nuclear and deadly explosive the Russians had been gloating about for some time and many people started to worry. So, secretly, many places including North America, Japan, India, parts of Africa, and Cuba combined their knowledge to create a new world which could protect people from the inevitable war. As many more countries prepared for war, China made deals with Japan to give a large area of land for the intent to save the human race. The area spanned from Ziyang to Bazhong and Deyang to Chongqing and they started construction by using taxes paid from around the world. Many places started going into chaos with thousands of people revolting in Russia to people fleeing the army because of fear. Soon the construction was finished and they started figuring out how to allow people into the new world. They first started by allowing the people who contributed the most into the world. They gave them the largest homes. Then, they took the most promising kids from their families and put them in the middle section. They did a raffle and allowed the remaining people to live in the lowest grounds. Days after sealing the new world from the rest of Earth, Russia dropped its bomb on America, causing many to die. Then, another bomb on The Netherlands, and finally, the most deadly on top of the new world. Thankfully everyone in the new world survived and were able to thrive. Soon many forgot about the war in the new world and didn't want to leave, but then part of the world broke and the radiation from outside was leaking in. After years many people started getting mutations causing many to freak and some to take this as a new opportunity. They created hero training and used the mutations to their advantage. The training helped create law enforcement and opportunity to go out the new world and salvage what was left.
