When Katelyn Wilds was only sixteen years old, she witnessed her first bank robbery. She was only doing what her mother said: "Take small amount of money out of our bank account. Let's say about 40 or 50 dollars". All she can remember is her heart pounding as one of the bank robbers pressed a gun to her forehead and him saying in her ear, "Wait for me. This is an AU in which L has DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) otherwise known as Multiple Personality Disorder. This stared as a three part oneshot series in my other book, but people loved the idea so much they kept requesting more. So I've moved all the oneshots into their own book as they follow the same story line and ended up long enough to be a short story. DID is a very real and very hard to live with trauma disorder and I am in to way trying to glorify it. I just thought the idea of each alias being a different person very interesting. This disorder has a negative stigma behind it and that negative stigma needs to be destroyed. I've done as much research as I can to make this accurate. Then, the person who I'm forced to sit with talks to me again... Light.. But I know that knowing Light... Makes me feel uneasy. Especially ever since I passed notes with him in high school. Ever since then, I saw something by his side at all times, a shinigami... Shinigami.. Gods of death... Then there's a notebook I noticed that Light had.. Death note... I think Light is Kira.. But then I meet L, a member of the group who's working on the Kira case, the best detective in Japan, the one person who hides his identity.... Can I tell him..? Can I trust him...? He seems to trust me enough to tell me that he's L. But there are a few things stuck in my head... Why did he offer me to help him? Why does he want me to help at all?
