That's what surrounded him he felt nothing nor could see the space was black and his body felt as if it was wrapped in a velvety heaviness which was impossible to describe.
Eventually things began to seep threw the dark velvety existence, he could hear voices murmuring in the far distance, light seemed to flicker behind his eyelids.
Everything felt like it was far away and down a tunnel.
Then the tunnel seemed to start to dissolve and he could see light behind his eyelids his hearing became more sharp and he could hear the rustle of cloth nearby and voices. But whatever they were saying was incomprehensible.
Slowly his eyes fluttered open and were blinded by white....."
