In a world divided by seasons, where faeries live in peace, Earee, a child of winter, was born in spring. A loving mother and a loyal friend were all it took for her to forget the cold, but the cold was slowly creeping up on them. With the Fae Tree destroyed it was only a matter of time before all the world she knew collapsed. Earee had no interest in being a hero. When an opportunity to take part in a quest for an ancient relic that could restore their dying world landed on her lap, she didn't hesitate to send other faes as her replacement. However, when no one returned alive, and a miracle of life occurred to her, she's left with no choice but to take the quest herself. A/N: This is the rewritten version of "Lost Island Adventure" that was published incompletely in 2017.

Moonrise

A young fairy's desire to break free from the restraints tethering her to her world, pushes her into the arms of a charming, young wolf, whose world benefits from keeping her shackled. ***** Sixteen-year-old Ellette longs to know what the world is like outside of the Woodlands, home to all Fae. As the black sheep of her family, her curious and stubborn nature makes it difficult for her to adhere to the strict ways of her people. One night while running away, Ellette stumbles upon Michael, an injured werewolf. She makes the choice to save his life, and intends to send him on his way once he recovers. But the more Ellette gets to know the intriguing, young wolf, the more reluctant she is to let him go. And letting him go would certainly be in her best interest. Not only is Michael an intruder in the Woodlands, but the very creature all Fae have good reason to fear. As his forbidden presence threatens the safety of all Fae, Ellette finds herself torn between following her heart or doing right by her people.
