Criminally Perfect

The lights of the city, the sounds of the city. For the most part, drowned out by sirens and stale flashes of red and blue. Pledis- one of the largest cities in the world, and in turn had some of the highest crime rates observed. Over recent years, there had been a severe increase in gang activities, rebellion in teens and even reports of 'superpowers' in certain areas. The reports, while unseen at first, increased to a point where even security cameras could pick up the events but faltered to pick up certain details.
