The way his breath fanned my cheeks, how big his hand felt around my wrists, how easy it would be to lean up and press my lips to his. A rush of heat ran to my core. "Arlo." I whimpered. I was embarrassed, he was too old for me. That's what he kept saying, that's what I kept saying. Waiting was the only way he'd have me. And I was willing to wait, but my body wasn't. My wolf was new, she didn't have his self control.
He closed his eyes, pressing his forehead to mine. My breathing was erratic as his lips were just centimeters from mine.
"Clean yourself up." He growled, slowly releasing my wrists and taking his warm weight off of me.
