a boy is found in a ditch on a stormy night by a girl; he had cuts and bruises all over his body with blood rushing down his face. he had a big gash in his head. he was half unconscious when he was found, and yet he had hardly any brain damage. he refused to speak to everyone but the girl who saved his life. they all thought he had brain damage. he was even put into speech therapy. the two grow a bond that wasn't expected; they were inseparable after the incident. the girl tries to find who did this too the boy while the boy hides the truth behind what had happened and where he came from.
