Cat's Eye[Harry Potter]

Every witch and wizard alive knows of Harry Potter. He was, after all, the boy who lived. But the person no one knew of was his older sister, Evie Potter. She was hidden, put out of sight when Voldemort arrived at the house. Evie panicked when she saw her younger brother about to be killed, and something in her changed. Her eyes gained more perspective, and a new ability to observe and remember things about anything she sees. She has the Cat's Eye, a powerful magic, which in essence, makes her more cat-like then she already was, to the point of understanding cats.

Evie was unable to remember that night, and always just believed she was a bit different from other people, similar to Harry. So when in the mail she finds a letter sent to her, and is forced to ignore it, its only natural that a giant of a man breaks down the door, tells the siblings of a world of magic, she decides to go along with it. It sounded better than being stuck with the Dursley's.
