Every stereotypical star football player, has the typical blond slutty head cheerleader girlfriend. However, what happens when a not so typical nerd intercepts a note, and makes the jock look twice? How about when he gets pissed yet amused?

When a nerd comes between the future his parents wanted for him, and she breaks up an arranged marriage?

How do you bring home the nerd and introduce her to the family? Or how for you tell your parents that you don't want that one girl. The perfect cheerleader they hand picked for him?

How about when it's all really just a sham, that the nerd was blackmailed into? So what does the jock really want? What is the price he is willing to pay for it? And just who is this nerd?

A story, filled with Laughs, Good Times, Embarrassment, Jealousy, Anger, Schemes, Deceit.. and maybe a little murder and just possibly... love?

She was neither in the popular group, nor one of the many cliched outsiders. Sarah was a nobody. She liked to blend in and lay low. It was her way out of not only this town, but her house. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either. It might be a cliché romance, but it will be fun to see what the year and beyond holds. ------------------------------------------ This is a story I wrote years ago, or at least partially wrote. As I transcribe it here, I have tried to update it a bit and give the characters/story more depth than what I had when I was younger. Hopefully it all gets pulled together!
