Vera is what you may consider a genius. With an over-exceeding IQ score, everyone expected her to make it past all twelve school years. However, in a politically manipulating and overpopulated world, extra measures had to be taken to ensure that certain students get a disadvantage. All of a sudden, grades don't seem to matter anymore. 

The United Nations is facing a problem. In short, there's less land and too many people. Despite China's "one-child per family law" and several other regulations, the universal population is ever-growing and resources are drying out. Therefore, the natural thing to do is to simply cut out the irrelevant parts of society. This process is called Modum, or simply The Limit.All Rights Reserved
