Before he left, he put the pearl necklace on Selina Kyle “Catwoman” and kiss her then both Batman and Bruce Wayne never appeared again. Selina decided to move on by using to “clean state” program that Bruce have left her with. She doesn’t have a choice of be a lover of Batman or Bruce Wayne and that all her faith she had of living a new life.
