Penny has until her 15th birthday to develop her powers while her twin sister already had several years prior. The time ticks down until the day that Penny may never see her friends and family again. All the girl could think about was how this was probably how she would die. At this point, her only hope was that maybe they were all wrong about the fates of the unfortunate. Six high school students looks like anyone else acts like anyone else but are capable of things no one else is. They learnt from a young age no one that means NO ONE can know about their powers even their parents and other siblings. It brings out the true friends and those who just want to use you. In the end, what do you do when your closest friend betrays you? This is the story as they try to keep their biggest darkest secret of what they are capable of and as they discover they're not the only ones like them... I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else.
