Gerard Way is a hired hit man. He always gets the job finished no matter what, but this time, things may be more difficult.

Gerard is supposed to kill an innocent enough looking boy named Frank Iero, and for Gerard this isn't a problem..

When he falls deeply in love with the school's literal demon. Gerard Way. Even though he acts tough and strong on the outside, he has a medical problem that could possibly kill him.
