A young calico kit opened her eyes for the first time, sunlight noisily prodding at her. She looked up only to see a light brown she-cat staring back at her with cultivating silver eyes. The she-cat who Spotkit assumed to be her mother smiled warmly at her kit. Spotkit returned a clumsy smile and looked to where she could feel other pelts pressing against hers. A light brown male kit was peacefully slumbering, squished against her right side. On her left was a light grey she-kit was just beginning to sleepily open her eyes for the first time. Outside the deputy, Goldenclaw, was staring at the sight, rethinking a recent prophecy said to unfold: An undying light is vanquished, the stars ally with the earth to back away shadows and take down a corrupted shine. Goldenclaw had tumbled that prophecy over and over in his mind for moons, of course to no avail, as to him it made no sense. He stood up and padded to the warriors den, curling up, and thinking over once again the prophecy. He didn't expect to understand it, it had just become a habit to consider it. He was slowly decending into blissful sleep when it clicked.

She loves her clanmates dearly, but the clan deputy seems to watch their every move, just waiting for any cat to slip up. But it's the clan she was raised in. So, she should be loyal to them, right? Keenkit always figured he and his littermates were normal kits who would all become apprentices and be able to train together. But when a strange cat takes his sister out of StreamClan on the day of their apprentice ceremony, he quickly realizes such hope has become impossible. Sunpaw just wants to prove to his clan, BreezeClan that he can become a great warrior. But it isn't as easy as it sounds. Even though his rival apprentice Slowpaw is much younger than him, he is always beaten in battle training and he can never catch nearly as much prey. His mentor doesn't make it any better either. Pounceheart is always treating him like some helpless kit and he worries he'll never be able to complete his warrior assessment. Being a healer who suffers from severe anxiety isn't easy, but Twitchpaw knows as long as her mentor is there, she can get through it. 2023 EDIT: This was my first proper book on here, and is quite cringy and badly-written, so please don't judge all too much! ^^' ~ Now, many generations after the lake-side Clans, AirClan, LeafClan, SunClan, NightClan and LakeClan are thriving in their new territories. But another danger arrises. Mysterious prophecies swarm around the leaders and medicine cats, warning about an evil unknown to even StarClan. Each Clan has their troubles, but this evil- this evil makes them even worse. Blossompaw is the apprentice to Crystalwing, the medicine cat of AirClan, but even with such an important role, she always feels ignored. Everyone swoons over her, sympathising with her, caring for her, when all she wants is for cats not to do that, to listen. However, when StarClan tell her of this evil, she may get the chance to prove herself to everyone. Rockpaw feels like an outcast, everyday being hated on by his Clanmates for seeing things differently. So when the chance to prove them wrong comes up, he doesn't give it a second thought. But the evil still resides, and Rockpaw might know more about it then he's letting on, even to himself. Greyshard, as a former kittypet, has always thought of life in the Clans as challenging. For her, everything seems to go wrong. Every plan, every schedule, every patrol - ends up in a disaster, and its always because of her.
