The Conductor
The son of a world-famous musician roams the land after abandoning his ruined home, aspiring to carry on the dreams of his family. With a bag over his shoulder and guitar in his back, Tempest, a young Jolteon, begins to travel the world, stumbling across pokemon that he'll come to call friends along his journey. One in particular, a shy, quiet Vaporeon, with a similar past, latched onto him, and the two began to grow close, slowly uncovering each other's secrets and breaking each other out of their reclusive shells. Will the brutality of the real world tear them apart, or will their relationship be able to flourish, rising above the harshness of the reality? This is a story written after being inspired by many others. With no intention to copy from other stories, this intricate world has been created for a sweet, adventure-filled, action-packed story, with a touch of romance, exploring the difficulties of life on the run and touching on a multitude of themes. Pokémon walk and move as they normally would, with the exception of some quadrupeds preferring to move as bipedal. The cover art is done by myself! It's not great, but I wanted to at least do something cute and original for my story! Last but not least, interactions are greatly appreciated. I love reading insightful comments and interacting with the people who enjoy my story, or even getting feedback, as I'm very new to this and somewhat self conscious about it, but I aim to grow with time. After reading a recent reaction story with Pokémon as the main topic along with my works on "Characters React??? (Ideas)" and multiple anime or other fandom reaction stories I have yet to update. I have decided to make another one from my childhood. Pokémon! Please note that I do not own the rights to Pokémon or to any fanfics that may be on, and I sometimes do not take requests. (Mostly it's because it's something that I'm not a fan of or don't know much about. And I don't want the viewers to be angry if write something that doesn't relate to the series.) I'm also having this on mature for safety reasons.

Ash has just lost in the Indigo League, due to his Charizard's disobedience. As he and Pikachu are thinking things over by a lake, they are sure in for a nasty surprise. Betrayal. That's what, out of all possible scenarios, Ash never imagined that his own friends and family would betray and even try and kill him. Now though, Ash must rise above this and prove the traitors wrong, starting with redemption. He heads over to the Orange Islands for sanctuary and to start a new journey, a new start was just what he needed, with new friends, new Pokemon, and mysteries surrounding the Pokemon world. But at the end of it all, the true adventure has only just begun... Warning: Foul Language, minor Adult topics, mentions of blood and gore. Not recommended for young children.
