Addy is a disgrace to the womankind. She doesn't know dresses exists and she has no girlfriend. Her stepsister Layne and her new stepmom hand out mental and emotional torture like they are candies.  And her father's oblivious. Her only friend Frankie, is gay and too busy scoping out guys to really be much of a friend. One summer vacation changes everything and threatens to change everyone. Suddenly, everybody and everything are not what they seem. And Addy will be the one who bears the brunt of it all.

However, Mason hated his life and the secret that he had to live with. He didn't like keeping it, but for his own sake, he had to. With an egotistical jerk and an awkward nerd for partners on an English project, who knew that those two would make the perfect pair. They certainly didn't anyway.
