Cameron Henderson is the classic badboy, filthy rich, reckless and after his mother died two years ago in a tragic accident involving horses, he turns to alcohol and drugs. His father is always away with 'work' and the only person he can rely on is his housemaid, Avery, who he has practically adopted as a surrogate mother. His mothers death had forced him to alienate himself from everyone and he is on the brink of loosing everything.

Ivy Bennett is an average girl with an average home and just, an average life, her parents are separated and she hardly sees her father, not that she wants to anyway, she's smart and gets good grades and she's friends with almost everyone. Her and Cameron were best friends throughout the entirety of their childhood, but that all changed when they reached high school, Cameron began messing about with girls and Ivy watched him turn from her best friend into the heartless monster she had always feared, with no explanation as to why. every girl fell at his feet and she had always assumed that he had just forgotten about her.

What will happen when Ivy is forced by her teacher to help Cameron after his father notices that his grades are slipping.
