Running. I'm running. Away from the screaming, from all the turbulence. I'm escaping someone, something; I don't know what's going on- I'm doing what everyone is doing. Their faces show fear, a lot of fear.
I see this person, he seemed disturbed, I came closer to take a better look, thought I'd ask him if he needed help... "Sir, do you need help?" I asked. I really wished I hadn't asked him and instead just moved on.
He stared at me with glaring eyes, I saw evil in its soul. It approached me slowly; my soul screaming for help, then it made a loud noise and I could feel fear, for the first time in my life. I ran. I never stopped.
My name is Alden Hedrich, one of the last breathers, and this is my story.

#2 in Horror. /02.23.16/ I hear footsteps approaching me, pacing faster and faster making me look back quickly. I see a man in a black fabric mask wearing all black clothing. I widen my eyes beginning to run in the snow making my feet heavy. "Help! Somebody help me!" I scream in a cry looking around to find nobody on sight. "Help!" I scream trying to run faster hoping somebody would hear my cries. My throat became sore from the cold quickly making it harder to breathe freely. "Help me! Somebody!" I hear the tall figure run behind me feeling a grip on my hair. My white ski hat fell into the ground covered in snow. The man groans pulling my hair towards him making me collapse. "No, stop!" I scream struggling from his grasp, punching and kicking aimlessly. "Shhh." The man whispers into my ear grabbing onto my wrists starting to cuff them. "No!" I scream twisting and turning trying to bite the man's arm. The man doesn't say much. The only thing I hear is his heavy breathing. He starts to shackle my ankles together as I lay a full blown kick into his face making him groan in pain holding onto his nose on top of the mask. "Help me, somebody!" I keep yelling as he kicks me in the stomach and takes out a clothed bag from his coat pocket putting it on my head covering my face. He ties it up from the back tightly making my neck feel pressured. "Please." I whimper. "You don't have to do this." I cry admitting defeat. "Night, night." He yelled in my face gritting his teeth. "How'd you even make it here?" I tried to take my hand away but he didn't allow me. "What do you want from me, Dmitri?" I asked. I was shocked at how confident yet quiet voice sounded. "What do I want?" He bellowed. "You're a human, vermin. This is the vampire world. I don't expect you have any need in this world. I WANT you to get out, stay away from this place, the castles, the people. Austin. Stay away from him." A group of female friends set out on a trip at a valley at darkest hour, unaware of a deadliest disease that was spreading from an unknown mysterious wild creature that appears as the size of human, on upon reaching the valley they meet dozen groups of people and particularly a group of three boys they met and befriends them unexpectedly, but as the next day comes some tourist who supposedly came from copter someone among them came infected turning into the monster while his eyes bleeds and sniff over for the fresh blood to quench the thirst and hunger. Amidst the chaos and destruction this group of people becomes more closer as they try to protect one another. while witnessing deads and bloodsheds as infected people turn wild, they struggle for their life while hoping for rescue. The 'things' are as you would call it zombies but of greater skill. They disguise themselves as humans yet they will not hesitate to kill you and eat you. If someone is a 'thing', automatically presume them dead, or at least soon to be dead. It will always take about 2 weeks to become fully changed, hopefully you can chop of that body part in time for the infection to stop. If you can't, put an end to your soon to be painful and horrible turn/death. These beings as I announced only a moment ago, look exactly like a human, two way to tell if they are one or not, their attitude and their eyes. They don't have emotions, only hunger and let me tell you, they will go out of their way to eat you, they will speak but it will sound different... Deformed almost. The eyes are usually the first to become infected, they become slightly red at first, as time progresses so does the intensity of the color red in the eye. The color in their eyes they once possessed, will seem dull, it will seem as if they are unfocused or unfamiliar with their surroundings. That is all I can tell you for the moment Lexi, but know their are people waiting for your arrival, and we are waiting for you to end this suffering race."
