Her life was never complicated: a college student with a close family, good friends, and a plan for her future as a doctor. Had that night had never happened, she might even have been called ordinary. But we're not made by ordinary moments.

He's got priorities, and at the very top of his list is being drafted into the NBA. That dream is very close to becoming a reality his senior year, so close he can almost taste it. But the universe has a nasty habit of giving us what we need, not what we want.
