Words are not the only things used to describe some ones feelings, sometimes silence greatly defines one's feelings more than any words could ever convey.
"Seeing u suffer feels like a stab of knife in my heart but i don't deserve u because u loved her, always have been. You belong to her not me, this feelings are hers not mine".
"You promised me that you will be there in every ups and downs of my life but you failed to keep your promise".
I stay quiet because i let my silence convey my anger instead of showing it.
