Lia Edwards is just your average high school student. She has several close friends, makes good grades, and hates annoying people. When she meets obnoxious Braeden Williams, the new -and drop-dead gorgeous- guy who seems to have a habit of being in the wrong place at the wrong time, she figures life couldn't get much more complicated. But being sent to another world altogether definitely qualifies as "more complicated." And having to battle monstrous creatures never before seen on Earth probably makes the top of the list.
