Danganronpa: Double Trouble

There is an alteration to Naegi, he also has multiple personalities but unlike Fukawa, Naegi's personalities share memories, can communicate with each other, and can freely swap between control. His second personality is named Makoto. The second change is there is a new mastermind, and a few new students bringing the total students up to 20. So who are these four new students? Their names are listed below. Also Naegi can understand sign language, he's the only one who can. There are extra changes but those will give away the plot, so no spoilers!
