Jeremy hates water. Always has. Always will. But one night, when his best friend Ryan convinces him to go to a beach party, he unwillingly agrees. What he doesn't expect is to meet an enthusiastic young merman, by the name of Alix.
All Alix has ever wanted to do, was to go on land. So, when Jeremy comes along, he convinces him to show him the world above the sea.
