using a toxic relationship between brendon and ryan to metaphorically convey why ryan left panic at the disco (officially) on 7/6/09.
stop pressuring ryan to get back in the band please. that's pretty much the point of the entire fic.
also, i put songs that describe the vibe of each chapter in each chapter. chapters iii and vii purposfully don't have songs, though.

Will this stop them from returning to what they love the most? Don't judge a book by it's blurb! Roommates. Usually chosen, typically friends. Not Brendon and Ryan. Ryan appeared suddenly. No one but himself knew where he came from. All of the sudden, he was handed a room key, and sent off to an elite boarding school. When he arrived, he expected to hate every second. That all of his roommates would be snobby, homophobic, rich assholes. He certainly didn't expect Brendon.
