A young man named Lucas Anderson comes from a broken family, a shattered homelife, as well as dealing with the day to day beatdowns life hands out to him through the bullies from school or even his alcholic uncle. Knowing the legend of Mt. Ebott, Lucas decides one day that he has had enough with his current life and decides to end it after his only friend Frisk disapeered shortly on the same mountain.
This broken and battered soul makes his climb and as he makes the attempt to attempt to end his life, the universe shows another path for the young man...he falls into the hole at the top of the mountain, sending him on the beginning of the journey of a lifetime. New friendships are forged, old friends are found, love is sparked, and the biggest danger to both monsters and humans is brought forth. What awaits young Lucas? Find out in "Battle Cry of the Soul"!

Fallen Under is a full-length fan-novel of the game 'Undertale' set in 'Underfell'. This work will not have anything sexually explicit, though there is a (major) gore warning. It is light of heart, but some dark themes including suicide, abuse, and murder are explored. Mt. Ebott is famous for the woods that a child may wander into and never return. In legend, monsters snapped up children from villages, hid in dark corners, and ate the souls of the weak or unprepared. When a young child chooses to flee into the mountain rather than face human capture, they find out that these monsters might not just be characters in old children's stories. Frisk Foster, an eight-year-old child cursed by hereditary blindness, falls into a cavern full of merciless monsters, all of which want nothing more than to steal their soul. Armed with only their sense of justice and kindness, Frisk must travel across the underground to get back home. Yet when faced with the terrible truth of the consequence of their escape, can they truly find the will to complete their mission? A Story about 2 humans in the Underground, Illys and Lily One with DETERMINATION and one with PATIENCE. ---------------------------------------------------------- Lily, a 16 year old girl who fell 2 years prior to the events (she was 14). She lived with Toriel in the RUINS ever since. Illys, your typical 13 year old girl. She grew up being distant and alone, and although that, she was actually a pretty curious kid. She heard about the infamous Mt. Ebott so she decided to see it herself. When she reached the end, she still felt like something was missing, so she did a RESET. Over, and over, and over again. ---------------------------------------------------------- This is like a 'Classic Undertale + 2 OCs' kind of story, so everyone else would have the same personality and appearance and stuff (Illys replaces Frisk as a protagonist.) An Undertale Story: As most know, the soul of Justice died trying to escape the monsters in Mt. Ebott, I'm here to raise the question, what if they didn't fall at their time and die? This story provides one of the answers of what COULD happen if Justice never fell alone, but with Frisk, a child who holds the soul of Determination and is the MC of Undertale. The reason why I chose Justice is because they would be a challenge for Frisk; Frisk would try to stop Justice from killing.
