Then the boy exclaimed loudly, "DO YOU THINK I'M AN IDIOT!? THAT SOUNDS LIKE A MADE UP STORY!" The boy threw the orb at the ground, only for the surprisingly sturdy and bouncy orb to, well, bounce back onto the boy's face, hitting his nose. ◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇ Dior Carlisle was just a baby found by the mages of the magic tower. Taking pity of the baby left at their doorstep, the archmage took him in as his son and trained as his apprentice and heir. In one of his attempts to sneak out of the tower, his father catches him in the act which leads to him landing the task to find a way to make a crystalline orb to work. He did succeed.
