In the year 2127 Caleb Jones, a lonely, retired scientist opts to take a clone for a partner; a Custom Made Lover. This clone, Nathan, will hopefully dispel his loneliness and fill his life with the love and happiness he so sorely needs.

This story is set in a futuristic society where cloning and Rejuvenation Therapy are not yet fully socially accepted but widely practiced all the same. As much as the society, the local government of New Dallas and Caleb himself would like to pretend it's not so; this gleaming future world with its amazing sights and technologies is not above age old human failings.

The total number of countries and nations been halved since then. The world though, was quick to adapt from being a post-war wasteland to a modern utopia. The New World Government was set-up and now faces a new problems. Another thing, Since the war was fought with tremendous amounts nuclear arsenals, this war caused mutations to humans. The mutation occurred on atomic and cellular level. From minimal mutations to major mutations like physical, temporal and elemental mutations. Though its cool to have those mutations some think it as a curse for human beings. Scientists on the other hand claims it as a disease. A cellular disease caused by the widespread exposure to nuclear radiations. They call this disease as X-men syndrome referenced from 20th century fictional comics. The fictional mutations on comics and manga is now a reality. I myself, is an X-men.
