This story takes place in my freshman year of high school. This is, in fact, based on a true story. This story is how my world came crumbling down. This technically all started in 8th grade, but that was over a year ago, so I don't know everything that happened, but I will recap. This girl comes into my life around the beginning of 8th grade. I hated her at first. It was for the stupidest reason too. I felt like ever since she came I was getting ignored and I HATED it, so I figured I hate her. The more I knew her, the closer I got to her. And I wished I hated her still from the beginning. If I did, none of this would have happened.

Sometimes things don't come in big bangs and loud bursts. Sometimes things tiptoe by and you don't know they're happening until they've happened. She's started this story a hundred times in a hundred ways--it never seemed right. The truth is this: a woman, a girl, went to sleep and woke up somewhere else. And it broke her. Before, she was eighteen, she would not finish high school, and she had never been in love. After, she would be eighteen and a hundred years older, she still would not finish high school, and she would never not be in love again.
