After team RWBY graduated from Beacon Ruby disappeared without a trace. Blake and Yang still looks for her when they can. But Weiss left and took over the Schnee Dust Company shortly after her father's death. She tries to forget about Ruby, and the feelings she still has for the younger girl, but how can she? Ruby changed her life. She was a bright, slightly annoying, light that shone through the darkness that Weiss had surrounded herself with. Even after all these years she's still in love with the young leader, Ruby Rose.

Ruby was alone. But that's what she wanted. that way she can't hurt anyone. Not Yang, not Blake, and especially not Weiss. Without her they were safe.

She is also a new student at Beacon High, and her already minute vision of an alternate outcome is thinning as problems with the White Fang and the person who she used to see as a strong but now belligerent boyfriend, Adam Taurus, rise higher and higher. She considers running, but she worries how it will affect her friends, family, and new friends. It doesn't help that she starts forming closer bonds with her best friend, Yang Xiao Long, and she'd hate to leave her behind or have her be hurt by Adam. However, she too will do whatever it takes to keep her loved ones safe... This is a fan-made RWBY AU which is intended to have several parts or books to it in the future. In an AU where the Fall of Beacon never happened and the students were able to continue their time normally at Beacon and Summer wasn't dead, Team RWBY is kicked out of Beacon in their third year. After a bit of a ghost encounter and a small increase in ghost sightings across Vale, they decide to do what others won't. Fight the ghosts with tech from Atlas. They form the Ghostbusters and during their time as Ghostbusters, they start to uncover a plot from the once seen as only a myth Salem to destroy the world. So, when the queen of Grimm threatens to destroy the world and all other lines of defense won't do anything especially with Easter on the way, who ya gonna call? I own neither RWBY or Ghostbusters, this is a crossover meant purely for fun

Her team is fighting the clock to find her and they do but they were too late now their once optimistic leader is now dull and cold. They try and bring her back to hoe she used to be but nothing works uplntil some feelings get shown and put out. The first few chapters will be before she is captured then it will go on from there.
