After team RWBY graduated from Beacon Ruby disappeared without a trace. Blake and Yang still looks for her when they can. But Weiss left and took over the Schnee Dust Company shortly after her father's death. She tries to forget about Ruby, and the feelings she still has for the younger girl, but how can she? Ruby changed her life. She was a bright, slightly annoying, light that shone through the darkness that Weiss had surrounded herself with. Even after all these years she's still in love with the young leader, Ruby Rose.
Ruby was alone. But that's what she wanted. that way she can't hurt anyone. Not Yang, not Blake, and especially not Weiss. Without her they were safe.

Her team is fighting the clock to find her and they do but they were too late now their once optimistic leader is now dull and cold. They try and bring her back to hoe she used to be but nothing works uplntil some feelings get shown and put out. The first few chapters will be before she is captured then it will go on from there. This is a RWBY Fanfic, it's relatively slow but I am trying to make it better. It takes place in beacon Academy but with a twist, something evil. Team Rwby and remnant as awhile now have allies to help fight this new evil, but as the tails of old go, there is never a straight path to a happy ending. It must be earned.
