I have hid my cutting since 5th grade to me it is helpful almost beautiful, well it makes me feel better. I slowly make my way to my locker I see Luke an old friend, well he was my only friend, the only one that make me forget how ugly some people could be. Luke use to come behind me grab my waist I'd feel the warmth of his hands and he'd make me feel safe,Safe from all the hate and bullying, Safe from myself when I was with him I didn't have to cut I didn't want to. Luke left school when The Janoskians took off, all the girls became too much for him, I think I'm one of the only girls that doesn't see him in that way like a piece of meat or something. I run over to him and try to get a hug but I feel like he forgot about me.....
Alissa has been a cutter since the 5th grade she is now senior in high school , but when she was with Luke she didn't want to cut she didn't need to. Luke was her bestfriend, but when he left, Alissa had nobody. Luke comes back to find the girl he once knew but she is forgotten in his mind, when he finds her he acts as if he doesn't know to keep her safe from Crazy fans. But when he finds out what she's been doing to herself he knows he must save her. He calls her in hopes they can meet again to keep Alissa safe, but she would not come with him he knows that. Luke makes a plan to save Alissa not only from her bullys, but from herself. Even if he has to kidnapp her, he will do anything to keep Alissa SAFE.......

I watch the videos Max and I would make together just for fun. I laugh softly, holding my phone out in front of me as tears pool up in my eyes. I miss him.. So much.. "No!! Max!!" My voice screams over the phone. I laugh again. He'd always pick me up by my legs and run me around. I still remember how we met.. He'd always been the guy to do the right thing. He was walking down the freshman hall- he was a junior and saw me being bullied. He defended me from that day on and.. I think I fell for him. But now he's famous. He makes videos with Adam. The corner of his mouth tilts upward slightly. I smile again. A smile!? A tiny one, but still. "Hm. So I got you to smile, that's progress, yeah? Can I get your name now?" I ask, swinging my feel a little. He shakes his head shyly, his mouth not moving at all. Geez! Why do I want to hear this dude talk so much? "Okay, that's fine. I can give you a nickname." I offer happily. He looks up from his book, raising his eyebrows. I just stare for a moment. He has nice eyes. Pretty brown chocolate orbs. They remind me so much of....... "Teddy." He shakes his head immediately, frowning. "What, why not? You remind me of my old teddy bear. He was a good listener and he didn't talk much..... just like you." I say softly, tilting my head. He continues to shake his head. I fold my arms, leaning back in my seat. "Yeah, it's definitely sticking. Teddy.....It has a nice ring to it, yeah?" He sighs, the first sound I have ever heard him make. "No." . . . *Jordan* Teddy!? Seriously!? She gave me a fucking NICKNAME!? What the hell does this girl want!? I stuff my hands into my pockets, walking down the busy street. Forget about her. She's just a annoying pretty girl, she'll go away. Everybody does. She HAS to go away. *Spoiler alert*: she doesn't. Don't get close to people or they'll end up getting hurt. That's my mindset. I've been through enough of that. This girl doesn't belong in my world anyway. Annoyed by her best guy friend she accepted going to a party with him which leads her into a messy scene that almost causes her life. But what happens when a boy saves her? This is a spin-off story from "Now You Are Mine" involving the backstory of a "Drew" character. Even though this story is connected to NYAM, you don't have to read both of them. Parts of those two stories do intervene and they share the same timeline. I suggest you read them both, but again it's not crucial for understanding each one of them. Also, the story is not suitable for those younger than 18 since it includes mature scenes of sex, violence, abuse etc., which are not by any means condoned by the author.
