Every four or so days, Tina Mycroft dies. Then, like Jesus, she is resurrected into a different place, different family, different life. But she is still Tina. Every time she dies, she's in a situation of which she cannot breath. Drowning, suffocated, strangled. Each time, the oxygen is cut off and that's the pronounced cause of death.
