Depression is by definition of feelings of severe despondency and dejection. It is one of the worst metal disabilities in the world with an estimated 15.7 million adults and 2.8 million adolescents in the United States, according to the National Institute of Mental Health. There are many different causes and treatments. The symptoms are also very large on quantities. The most common being constant sadness. This story is about my perception of the disease and some personal experiences with it.
