When anxiety and depression hits you like a hurricane, you have tunnel vision. You can't see anything, but what's happening in front of you. You can't think straight, and you can't process what's going on or why this is happening. Then all of a sudden you're stuck, and you get sent away to recover from the battle you've been fighting for so long.

This is told from the perspective of that is read in a diary. It is simple and if you like simple then go ahead and read this. This is real events from a real diary. Permission was given to me to post. And i think it holds a lesson in this.

Where doing a worthy thing for a friend goes to far. I got caught on One Directions bus. Sometimes love takes us by surprise even when we're faking it. But by the time I realise will it be to late. Thanks to One Direction I have my own career and I forget about them. See what happens.
