Relying on old generators, Parva runs in electricity generated from those centuries-old machines, but now, the power is dying, and this underwater civilization is crumbling.
Dylan, though, is having dreams of a girl, Erika, who lives in a world different from his. Colorful and not under the sea.
Conflicted, Dylan's life, which was previously filled with sarcasm and scorn, is now riddled with worry, fear, and unsettling panic.
All they have to do now is leave behind their fears, let them sink and drown in the depths of the ocean, and rise to the unknown.
