Gardner Elliot is a sixteen year old who is the first Martian ever. His mother Sarah Elliot, was the lead astronaut of a team that was sent to live on Mars. She was unexpectedly pregnant, and gave birth to Gardner on Mars.
Gardner's body cannot handle Earth's atmosphere; he must remain on the red and dead planet. But he falls in love with a girl named Tulsa, over social media, and is more than ever determined to travel to Earth to meet her in person.
But it is not an easy thing to achieve, and many complications get in the way. Fate determines them to be together whether alive, or dead.
*Disclaimer* I got the ideas from the movie and decided that I liked my idea better. The movie didn't get the ending I like. So I made my own!

She is also Caleb's "sister". Since Bradly is an ass towards both Ella and Caleb they decided to join forces and stick together. Bradley (Brad) is 16 and also has secrets. He doesn't have friends and is kinda shy. He has a hatred in his heart towards the world and no one knows why. Caleb is 14. He is like Ella's brother. They sick up for each other and do fun things together. He loves his dad and doesn't see the wrong in most things. One day Caleb tells Ella that Bradley and him are going on a trip with their dad and that she should go. She said yes, of course. Little did she know, what started out the shooting lessons in the middle of the woods would turn into their worst nightmare. Bradley has to reveal some secrets along with Ella and he has to start using his brotherly love and instinct to survive. What happens when Ella discover the biggest secret the boys have. This started as an entry for the Open Novella Contest, 2022. Unfortunately, I was having some medical difficulties (which I won't bore you with) and felt I needed to drop out after the first deadline. Shortly after taking up the story again, I realized that I was writing the same characters as those in my previous entry (ONC 2020), Thirteen Points of Light. So I did some quick editing and continued the story of Sarah and her box of magic matches. I'm trying really hard to make this a stand-alone story, but because I know the original story so well, I'm not entirely sure this one stands by itself.
