'My eyes widen and I grab Lilia's arm, pulling her to her feet. "We have to go. Now." I pull up Lexi as Cora helps Elyse. "What's going on?" Lexi asks me. "I'll explain later. Just run." I tell her. She looks panicked but obeys. "Run!" I shout at the other girls. We take off into the bush, not looking once behind us as we run.
I just prey that what I think is happening is wrong.'
