One day an organization creates an asylum/school for "insane" kids, which is pretty much every kid to them. They select 20 kids to be the test subjects of this school. Carrie is one of them. She was known as the most insane kid there, subject 0000. 

   After having three parol officers leave her, the organization has gone to extreme measures for finding a new one, her high school crush/best friend, Titus, to be exact. How will Carrie survive Titus(who probably was insane) as her parol officer? And will a romance spark between them after all these years? Read to find out
