The Malandanti Conspiracies: Rendition

You can't live off the grid, they'll find you. They have eyes everywhere. They watch the people who watch the rest of us. The only way to stop them is to be like them.

The Malandanti. Official reports describe them as an occult network, organised in a multi-layered cellular structure. They influence politics, commerce, finance, the media, arts and sport. They exist beyond the reaches of the security agencies, they are invisible. But we all experience their presence.

The possibility of their existence was first suspected in 2008 by a police detective based in England. He was the first to use the term Malandanti and suspected their base was Bamberg, Germany. He made too much of what he knew, or what he thought he knew, and in the process lost his entire family.

Now he lives off the grid and he's running out of time.

The Malandanti Conspiracies: Rendition is the preamble to the first full Malandanti novel, The Spires of Bamberg, which is due for release in late 2014. Rendition is a first draft, a work in progress and contains strong language throughout. I'll try to update regularly, preferably once a week.
