He was adored and loved by everyone for his kind heart and generosity, yet feared for his fierceness and bravery.

He became cold and indifferent.
And the Village of Konoha was terrified.
There were horrible storms and then after the great floods, there would be extreme drought.
Many died from famine and incurable sickness.
But there's a prophecy.
'A woman shall be born with Cherry Blossom colored hair and emerald green eyes. She will be his bride and the world will be at peace.'
March 28th, A baby with pink colored hair and bright green eyes were born, her parents were heart broken. They had to give their only and miracle child away. After all, Mebuki was 62 and Kizashi was 71. They wouldn't give their precious to him.
So they hid her, away from village where they would recognize her as the chosen one.
Not until the young lady turned 18. Her parents died and she had no choice but to go in the village.
Wearing a cloak with a hood. She hid her cotton candy hair and wend perfectly fine.
Then the extreme calamities came and she was devastated, torn between being selfish and selfless.
She wanted freedom, unfortunately. The villagers found her.
She ran and ran and ran but it was no use.
They gave her looks of pity and dull, empty looks of desperation.
They sacrificed her, after all.
