This is another short story I've written for my creative writing assignment.
This story is specifically about Reconciliation, as we were learning about what that word means to Natives/Aboriginal Peoples.
The story captures my knowledge - or lack thereof - of reconciliation. I grew up in a very strict Catholic household, so my story may seem as though it is attacking Catholicism. It's not. That's just the sort of way I grew up and was raised.

It was all because of the party. She got drunk and so does he. They didn't know what they're doing so they did something. The next day, Juvia wakes up naked with a man next to her who was also naked. She freaked out and tried to remember what happened last night but she failed. Then a week after while she was working, she passed out and the doctor told her that she's pregnant. Now she doesn't even know what her baby's father name is. (I don't own Fairy Tail, Hiro Mashima does and I just borrowed his characters. After the millionth rejection from Gray Juvia snaps. Over and over she thinks she might have a chance, there might be a spark but he flips the switch and drowns the spark. Juvia is done getting her heart broken. So she does the best thing she can, agrees on a date with Lyon. Juvia and Lyon then gets invited to a small party with a few friends, which includes Gray and drinks. Then surprise surprise Lyon gets sick, leaving a very drunk Gray and Juvia. One thing leads to another and they end up having the best night of their lives. They tasted the drug of their love and became addicted. But through the addicted sex and love making comes feelings, feelings that expose more than sex but words and thoughts that surprises both of them. WARNING: Not sure but just to be safe this may trigger something for people dealing with depression. Don't be fooled by the deceiving looks of the siblings Juvia Lockser and Gajeel Redfox. When you first meet Juvia she seems very nice and kind. Which she is, but not to herself. Ever since her dear mother's death she has constantly blamed herself. Now when you first meet Gajeel he may seem very mean and cold to you, but really he's broken. He's been breaking just like Juvia has. He just doesn't really show it. Both siblings feel as though in some way it was their fault. Both find different ways to deal with their guilt. Both have built up walls and deceiving looks. Slowly one is turning to death while the other struggles to try and survive. There are many popular or well known groups of people in Fairy Tail High, like most schools. The most well known in Fairy Tail High though is Natsu Dragneel, Lucy Heartfillia, Erza Scarlet, and Gray Fullbuster. This group of people try to help anyone they can in their reach. Most people love and adore them. Some don't. For example, Gray Fullbuster's neighbors. Juvia Lockser and Gajeel Redfox. They both agree that these people are too nosy. To Juvia Gray and to Gajeel the bunny girls pipsqueak friend, Levy. Then again maybe fate was pulling all these people together for the better. Or for the worse. Of Men and Beasts
This is a folktale concept that came to me many years back, but it was only recently that I found myself able to shape it into the kind of story that I wanted. It's a bit longer and more detailed than my other short stories, about twice as long actually, which is why I've split it into two parts. Just to provide some context, it is meant to take place in a medieval, Germanic setting, shortly before the Protestant Reformation when religious fervor was at an all-time high.
