"Fellow ballerinas, I congratulate you on making it this far in life, you've made it your priority to achieve your dreams. I am not sure if the world is ready to take us in with welcoming arms, but we will dance our way through it, we'll leave our foot prints in the hearts of everyone we encounter just as how we dance on the stage. I once heard my father recite a powerful speech to me years back, when I was losing hope in dancing, he said: Atarah, another form of dance is ballet, ballet dancers must be extremely trained and have self-controlled, but their hard work and devotion is clear in their skill to glide effortlessly across the stage. Ballet is a form of dance that tells a story, express a mood or imitate a piece of music. Ballet is a beautiful type of dancing, in which dancers perform many actions, which are uncommon for the body, but, when these actions are done well, they look natural. Dancers must be able to guide though the air and spin on the tip of their toes. Some ballet dance steps are so fast that the audience occasionally has trouble following the movements. So my dancers, let the world have trouble following you as you make it through. At this very moment, you are now more than a dancer, you are graduates."
This story is about Atarah Davis' Life as a young adult, after losing both parents, she found Love in a very strange way, she found out that her family has a huge secret in the closet that might cause her to go prison and is pregnant for a sexy drop dead gorgeous dancer.
Meet Faith Porter. She's a young girl with big dreams. She aspires to be a ballerina on Broadway and she is on the dance team at Mrs. Kathy's ballet school. Unfortunately, she is not the best in the bunch. But, she still feels as though it's her escape, her paradise. Compared to her life at home, it is. Her mom and dad fight, a lot. And because she is the most 'vulnerable' child, they take it all out on her, or so she thinks. When her world suddenly comes to a crashing halt, will she be able to get back up and put her past behind her? Or will she be haunted by the memories and never become the dancer she wants to be?
