Conflict Resolution

So nowadays, we see conflict rise at every moment of the day, and sometimes, we battle the ones inside, so I'll try and write down some stuff that I think will help you guys with solving conflicts through my own experience and research.
Now if you're actually looking for a solution because you going through a conflict... I think you should google it or check from some reliable source because I'm telling you, this is just some sort of amateur writing this and maybe this will help you calm down first and act as a sort of base?
